It all started with a simple idea — to make finding trusted cleaning help as easy as ordering a ride or a meal. Many people in Finland needed reliable cleaners nearby, and at the same time, many skilled professionals were looking for work opportunities in the cleaning industry. Yet, there was no simple way to connect the two. From this need, Hae Siivooja was born.

What began as a small idea soon grew into a mission: to create a digital, sustainable, and transparent platform that empowers both customers and cleaning professionals. We wanted to build more than just an app — we wanted to build trust, opportunity, and community.

After months of planning, design, and development, the Hae Siivooja app came to life. Today, it connects people across Finland:

  • those who need a cleaner, with just a few taps, can find a verified professional nearby,
  • and those who want to work in cleaning can easily find customers who value their effort and skill.

Hae Siivooja app was released by a dedicated two-person team: Oleg Lihvoinen and Viktoriya Mikhaylova — both passionate about combining technology, design, and real-world impact.

Viktoriya Mikhaylova, the UX/UI designer, shaped the app’s visual identity and user journey — ensuring that every screen feels clear, welcoming, and easy to navigate. In addition to the app’s design, she also created the visuals and developed the official website, haesiivooja.fi, bringing the brand’s digital presence to life.

Oleg Lihvoinen, the Android developer behind the app, transformed the vision into a functional, reliable, and user-friendly mobile experience. His focus on performance, security, and smooth usability made the app intuitive for both customers and cleaning professionals.

Together, Oleg and Viktoriya built Hae Siivooja not just as a service, but as a bridge — connecting people, empowering professionals, and simplifying the way cleaning services are found and booked across Finland.
