Nämä käyttöehdot koskevat Hae Siivooja -sovelluksen (jäljempänä “Sovellus”) käyttöä. Käyttämällä Sovellusta hyväksyt nämä ehdot.

2. Rekisteröityminen

 

    • Sovelluksen käyttäjäksi rekisteröityminen edellyttää oikeaa ja ajankohtaista henkilötietojen antamista.

    • Käyttäjä sitoutuu pitämään kirjautumistietonsa salassa ja vastuussa niiden käytöstä.

3. Käyttäjätili

    • Sovellusta ei saa käyttää luvattomaan kaupalliseen toimintaan tai harhaanjohtavaan viestintään.

5. Maksut

 

    • Sovelluksessa ilmoitetut hinnat ovat sitovia.

    • Maksut voidaan suorittaa sovelluksen hyväksymillä tavoilla, kuten kortti, mobiilimaksu tai muu ilmoitettu maksutapa.

    • Käyttäjä vastaa maksujen suorittamisesta oikein ja ajallaan.

6. Luotettavuus ja turvallisuus

 

    • Sovellus tarkastaa siivoojien taustatiedot ja arvostelut, mutta ei voi täysin taata palvelun lopputulosta.

    • Käyttäjä hyväksyy, että Sovellus toimii välittäjänä eikä itse ole siivouspalvelun tarjoaja.

    • Sovellus ei vastaa suorista tai epäsuorista vahingoista, jotka johtuvat siivoojien palveluista.

    • Käyttäjä käyttää Sovellusta omalla vastuullaan.
