The data controller for the HaeSiivooja mobile application is HaeSiivooja Oy, Finland, as identified in the Google Play developer listing. For access, correction, deletion or other privacy requests, contact info@haesiivooja.fi. The application was created by Oleg Lihvoinen and Viktoriya Lihvoinen.
2. Data processed
Depending on use, data may include name, email, phone number, cleaning address, account details, authentication information, bookings, reviews, messages, technical usage information and location needed to find nearby cleaners. If payment functionality is provided, transaction details may be processed; card data handling depends on the payment provider.
3. Purposes
We use data for accounts, matching customers and cleaning professionals, arranging bookings, support, applicable payments or billing, security, improving the service and legal obligations.
4. Legal grounds
Data processing may rely on a contract, legal obligation, legitimate interest or consent, depending on the activity.
5. Sharing
Relevant details may be shared with the selected cleaning provider for a booking, and with essential technical or payment processors as applicable. Personal data is not sold. Disclosure may be required by law.
