Hae Siivooja connects customers and cleaning professionals in Finland. The platform itself does not perform cleaning work.
2. Registration
Users must provide accurate information and protect login credentials.
3. Accounts
Each user is responsible for activity on their account.
4. Using the platform
Customers can find and book cleaning professionals; cleaners can showcase services and find clients. Use must comply with the law.
5. Payments
Registration is free for customers and cleaners. A customer pays a €12.50 service fee when booking. The actual cleaning service is priced separately by the chosen professional. Cleaner subscriptions cost €5.50 per month or €60 per year. Payment methods and applicable subscription renewal/cancellation conditions are presented in the app.
6. Trust and safety
Check provider information, service scope, terms and availability. Outcomes cannot be guaranteed.
7. Responsibility
The provider performs and is responsible for the agreed cleaning service subject to applicable law. Mandatory consumer rights remain protected.
8. Privacy

9. Changes
