Window cleaning: agree on the details first

The number, structure and accessibility of windows all affect the work. A clear quote should separate included tasks from optional extras.

Android app in open testing. Registration is free. Customers pay a €12.50 service fee when booking; the cleaning price is separate.

What information should I share?

Count the windows or take photos. Describe double glazing, balcony glazing, high windows and any access or safety concerns.

What does the service include?

Check whether the quote covers inside and outside panes, inner panes, frames and sills. Never assume every surface is included in the base price.

Window types and accessibility affect quotes

Tell the cleaner the number of windows, their sizes, whether they open, the floor level and any balcony glazing. Check whether inside and outside panes, frames and blinds are included.

Prioritize safe access

High or difficult-to-reach windows may require special equipment. The professional should decide how to perform the job safely before quoting.
